Lukshvilla is a brand new villa which was built in August 2009 and is located in the little village of *La Gaulette* in the vicinity of Le Morne on the southwest coast of Mauritius .
La Gaulette is a typical fishermen village with fresh fish everyday,with some grocery shops ,a few restaurants and offers internet booths.
The public beaches of *Le Morne Brabant* , *Mistral* and *One Eye* (world famous surfing , windsurfing and kitesurfing spots) are just 10 min from the villa.
The villa offers a panoramic view with a huge terrace on the top where L\\\'Ile aux Bénitiers (small island) and mount Le Morne (worldwide known) can be seen .
The villa is very well equipped (please refer to the description part) including an alarm system and alarm response round the 24 hours clock.
Lukshvilla *ground & first* floors are suitable for a family up to 12 persons
