Just a few minutes drive to Cape Spear. 15 Minutes drive to downtown St. John\'s, and approx. 10 minutes drive to the Goulds, next community, with retail stores. Restaurant across the street, also a convenience store, with liquor outlet, Just minutes walk to pick up the East Coast trail. Cottage is approx. 900 square feet.
I am currently owner and operator of an antique store in Portugal cove, St. Phillip\'s, NL for the last 14 years. Check in time is 1.00 PM. and check out is 10.00 AM. A non refundable deposit of 50% is required on all rates upon booking, with the remainder due upon arrival. 2 Night rate is $275.00 , 3 nights $400.00, 4 nights $525.00, 5 nights $650.00, 6 nights $725.00 and 7 nights is $800.00

Extras: Located right 1 the ocean , and walking distance to pick up the East Coast Trail.
