This house is in a residential park, 9 acres - CALIÇO PARK, in Vila Nova de Cacela, 11km from Tavira and Vila Real de Santo Antonio, 5 km from the beach of Manta Rota and 45 minutes from Faro Airport. The Spanish border is about 15km. The CALIÇO PARK has great location and great facilities including a swimming pool with sea view, Bar, Restaurant & Mini Market, free Internet access at Reception, Laundry and payphone. Reception is open daily. The security service is 24 hours.
RESERVATION INFORMATION

“CASA PEDRA” – MAXIMUM 2 PEOPLE

The “ CASA PEDRA” is a small charming bungalow, with air-conditioning and television.
One bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with shower. Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, double hot plate and basic utensils. Covered deck area.
Electricity and water are metered and charged separately. No linen is supplied.

NO NOISE IS PERMITTED FROM 23h00 UNTIL 07h00

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 30% Deposit (non-refundable) – can be paid by bank transfer or Portuguese cheque
• Signed Contract to be returned to us before check-in date

CHECK IN – 15h00 CHECK OUT – 12h00

PRICES

• Low Season (01/11 -31/03) : 150€ per week (21,42 € per day)
• Low Season (01/04 -30/06 - 01/09 – 31/10) : 280€ per week (40 € per day)
• High Season (01/07 – 31/08) : 315€ per week (45€ per day)

NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED

Prices include the current Vat of 5%, use of swimming pool, gas % entrance of one car and/or one motorbike.

A refundble cash deposit of 100€ is required to cover accidental damages.
