The holiday house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, a lounge and a kitchen. On the first floor are two double bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower.

The house has two terraces, one own with sea view and one with a barbecue that the guests share with the landlords.

Extras: Sipan, the largest of the Elaphite Islands, 8 nautical miles northwest of Dubrovnik has about 500 inhabitants.
Two limest1e crests, the higher (Velji Vrh, 243 m) in the northeast and the lower in the southeast surround a
dolomite depressi1, 1 which olives, figs, vine, carob-trees, alm1d-trees, oranges and citrus fruit are cultivated.
